Our MB101 classes ensure you get a great workout and are coached well.

MB101 is our our "muscle-building" 101 class, but rest-assured, you will not become a bodybuilder or bulky by lifting weights!  This class is designed to teach proper form for introducing weight and resistance training into your regimen, because the absolute best way to a desirable physique is to incorporate controlled weight/resistance training.

We offer a mix of upper/lower body workouts, as well as total body workouts to ensure we can set the class up in a customized way to suit your goals.  The class is limited to only 12 participants to guarantee you get a great workout and are coached well.
