Zechariah Griffey, Owner/Trainer

I have always had an athletic background playing every sport I could growing up. That continued into high school as a stand-out, three sport athlete. I really began to dive head first into the fitness and conditioning component once I got to college.

I am a graduate of the Buffalo State Health and Wellness program with a concentration in adult fitness and a minor in coaching. Before graduating, I obtained a certified personal trainer credential from the American College of Sports Medicine. Soon after I began working at TREO, I sought out more continuing education.

In 2012 I received a certification from USA weightlifting as a level 1 Olympic lifting coach. The following year I pursued Z-Health Essentials of Elite Performance Certification. In addition to that, I have followed the program outlined by the International Youth Conditioning Association.

Beyond that I am excited to constantly be striving to learn more and read more to make myself a better coach for everyone I work with.

Shannon Superczynski, Trainer

To say that I have a passion for athletics is an understatement. I participated in cross country and softball while in college. Upon graduating, I continued sharing my knowledge and skills as a collegiate softball coach for four years.

I am currently the assistant facility director at the Buffalo Niagara Court Center. Besides managing the day to day operations of the facility, I also run the Volleytots program.

I love working with kids and motivating people at any age to perform to their highest potential. Having the opportunity to better the lives of individuals through coaching, teaching, and training is very rewarding.  I graduated with my Masters in Sport Administration from Canisius College in 2009 and earned my personal training certification through NFPT.

Outside of work you can find me on the ball diamond, hiking, trying new foods, or traveling. I live for adventure and love trying new things!  I am happy to be a part of the TREO family and I look forward to challenging you!
