What if I'm a beginner or have injuries?
No problem! Workouts can be adjusted or modified. We can also work with you according to your skill level and/or the type of injury, to ensure you still get a great workout.
What are your classes like?
Group Personal Training classes are trained-led and limited to 18 participants, so everyone can receive the personal attention and instruction needed for a safe and effective workout. All classes are 1-hour long, and begin/end with a warm-up and joint movement drills.
Is there a guarantee?
Absolutely! Our program is guaranteed to help you make positive change, if you adhere to the guidelines. We even have extra incentives to keep you on track!
What happens after I fill out the form?
After pre-registering, a coach should contact you within 1-2 business days to briefly discuss the program and answer any questions you may have. If it is decided that you are a fit for the program, an in-person consultation will be scheduled during this call.
When do I have to use the classes by?
Classes may be scheduled at your convenience any time throughout the month, and are good for the duration of that month. Unused classes will expire each month, with the exception of medical freezes or staff-approved extensions.
